What arrives in the envelope?

At the heart of each envelope is this:

Each month begins with one honest question. Women in the community answer anonymously, and some of those reflections are curated into the next letter and mailed to every member.

Alongside those reflections, you’ll also receive:

  • a personal printed letter
  • a collectible ritual card designed for that month
  • a themed paper keepsake, such as a bookmark
  • sometimes a small extra, such as a sticker sheet, mini print, or postcard

It is designed to feel like more than just reading something.

Why does this exist?

I started The Cozy Post Society because I realized how many things I think about quietly but rarely say out loud.

And I kept wondering how many other women were thinking the exact same thing and just… carrying on like everything was normal.

I also really love paper. Cute stationery. Little things you can hold, keep, reread, or stick on a fridge like a slightly unhinged sentimental person.

So this became both things at once:
a letter built from honest anonymous reflections,
and a small monthly envelope filled with thoughtful paper goods I genuinely love designing.

The hope is simple: that it feels comforting, a little special, and every now and then makes you think,
“Okay, good. It’s not just me.”

Membership

Every membership gets exactly the same envelope. The only thing that changes is how you'd like to pay for it.

Monthly — $12 CAD

Billed on the 5th of each month, shipping included. Cancel anytime before your next billing date.

6 months — $66 CAD

That's $11 a letter. One payment, six envelopes, and then it's finished — nothing renews, nothing to remember, nothing to cancel.

12 months — $120 CAD

That's $10 a letter, and a full year of envelopes for one payment. This is the one women choose when they already know they want it in their life.

Ships monthly across Canada. Shipping is always included, wherever you are.

When will the first letter arrive?

Envelopes ship between the 10-13th of each month. If you signed up before the 5th of the month, you will get your first envelope sent between the 10-13th.

If you sign up after the 5th, your first envelope will ship the following month.

What will I receive?

Each envelope includes:

• a printed letter

• reflections from women in the community

• a collectible ritual card

• a rotating paper insert

• sometimes a small extra like a sticker sheet or mini print

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime, just email me at hello@thecozypostsociety.com and I will get that done for you. You can also cancel your membership anytime from your account page before your next billing date.

What happens if I join after the monthly cutoff?

If you join after envelopes are prepared, your membership will start with the next letter. In some cases, I might be able to send the current letter, so email me at hello@thecozypostsociety.com and I will do my best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship inside Canada.
